How can I download one by one the security updates and take to install on a machine with slow internet connection? (I like to download and burn on a cd to bring them to a friend)
The windows update starts always automatically and can not download individually as an *.exe file the updates...

either via MS FTP site or Downloads services or order the Updates CD - might
take a few weeks to arrive.
