My Windows Update is set to automatically download new updates. Where do I
go to find a list of what updates have been released recently that may have
been automatically installed? All I can find on the Microsoft web site is
the link to where to find updates that haven't been installed.

Try Start/Microsoft Update - In the window presented click on Review your
update history - that will give a full list of everything you have
downloaded.

That worked... I just couldn't see history unless I went to Windows Update
in the internet browser as administrator.
All the updates listed are for Windows. Are there other updates not listed
there, like for Internet Explorer?

You should have everything there - security - windows - cumulative -
malicious software. I have 88 since 29 Dec 2005???????????Some go into
Start/Control Panel/Add Remove.

Eric,

You can also see what is installed by going to Add or Remove Programs, check
the box 'Show Updates'
