Windows Update will not start

I tried the resolution posted on Microsoft site that
basically said that you re-register an ocx file and 3
dll's. The resolution did not work. Anyone have more
ideas for fix?
 
See thread below titled "Software Update service will not
start and the reply. If you are running SUS in an AD
domain with group policies, it may be similar.
