Windows update solution.

windows update has not worked for 2 months.
It just comes up with windows error.
I have Tried all outlets with solutions No joy.
I have been told to update Internet Explorer.
Which had already been done No joy.

please read the Windows Update Troubleshooter very thoroughly.
You can find it at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ under the
choice (on the left side) Get help and support.
