windows update problem

Hi, I used to be able to go to the Windows Update Window and get updates
with no problems. When I try to find out what updates are available I get
the error number: 0x80072EFD. I went to the trouble shooting and added the 3
sites listed to the trusted sites under internet options and I still have
the same error number coming up when I look for updates. What should I do
next?
