Windows Update not working

Since I installed SP2 a couple of months ago, I have only been able to find
one or two downloads on the Windows Update site. After downloading those, I
have not been able to find a single download on the update site. It seems
strange that for over a month there have been no updates released. I think
something is wrong with Windows or SP2 and is causing Windows Update to think
I don't need any updates. Can someone tell me how I could fix this? Thanks!

I just checked and found only 3 optional updates for mine. I don't think
there has been anything significant that you are missing.
Microsoft went to a monthly schedule for releases instead of doing them
constantly as they had been.

I just checked again, and I couldn't find any updates at all, not even
optional or beta downloads. Can you please tell me what you have available so
I can find out if it's because I already have them installed? Thanks for
your help!
