Windows Update Not Available

On my XP Home Edition, the Windows automatic update option is not available
to select. And, yes, I have administrative rights.

I just had the same problem. I updated my XP Media
Edition and now I can't get the update function to
display from the Microsoft update web site. All it does
is say THANK YOU and some text that describes the service.

I waiting for a replay as well.
