Windows Update keeps installing the same update (Help!)

Windows Update keeps downloading and reinstalling one
update (Critical Update for Windows Media Player Script
Commands (KB828026)) over and over.

As of today it's been installed 12 times, once per day
since 2/18.

How do I stop this?
