Windows Update for 4/3/07 errors

I downloaded the recent update and when my computer restarted
I got and am still receiving this error at Start Up.
Any and all assistance is appreciated.

User32.dll has been relocated to memory. This application will not run.
It is there because HHTCTRL.OCX is in the Windows systems files
and has taken its space.
Contact the vendor of this file for further assistance.

I have tried to restore my computer using System Restore to a restore point
on April 2, 2007 but it failed.

Scan through some of the recent posts here. This has been asked and
answered several times in the past few hours.
