windows update files

What would be the best/correct way to remove these files?

Should I remove them in add/remove CP first and then my windows
folder, or visa versa?

Or is there a better way?

Hi

If you do really need/want to remove any of the Updates, do so via
Add/Remove Programs.

Exactly what files?
Some can be safely removed while others can/may cause problems if removed.

If you uninstall through Add/Remove programs, they as well as the
protection/update is gone.
