Windows update fails to install Marvell network software update

Marvell network software update on April 23, 2004 fails to update. Service pack1a and all other updates and drivers are installed. This is the last update I need to install. This is a clean install of Win XP Pro. ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe Mother board, ATI all in wonder radon 8500DV card, SP1614C hard drive. DVD and DVD/RW. Any thoughts?
 
Try getting the update from Marvell's website.
