Windows update e-mail

Just got my answer by looking at the submission before
me. Thanks for an excellent newsgroup. I suspected
Microsoft NEVER sends updates by e-mail.
 
You don't want to use your real email adress in this
place. I've have spent since Mon. getting viruses out of
my machine and this is the only place I have been.
 
That's what the hotmail account is for ;)
