Windows Update Denied?

Is the update site closed due to the worm? I keep
clicking on the update link to download a copy
of .netframework and all I get is a "thank you" message.
Anybody know what's up? How does one get into the update
now?
 
make sure you are going to
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

You should delete your Temporary Internet Files. In IE goto Tools>>Internet
Opitions>>Delete Temp. Internet Files.

If no of that works try going to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files and
delete "Update Class", Reboot your computer, now go back to Windows Update
and scan for updates again.
