The Security Update CD (which you have to Order from MS using the link provided by David) contains most of the security updates for XP released till Oct 2003. The remaining ones have to be downloaded from Windows Update page.

Does anyone know what you have to do to automatically
receive a Windows Update CD from Microsoft? My connection
is too slow and I want to keep my system as current as
possible. Does it require some kind of subscription? If
so, does anyone know where I can find more information
about it?
