windows update causes conflict

recent windows update has caused an incompatability
between installed sidewinder force feedback joystick and
installed ch products flight sim yoke. prior to the
update installation i could use each of these items.after
update i have to disconnect the ch products flight sim
yoke in order for the sidewinder joystick to work. Any
suggestions

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the devices?
