I have just downloaded all available critical and
reommended updates for windows xp SP1 from the windows
update catalogue. One thing that seems to not bother
people is the fact that each update has to be installed
individually or at least thats what it looks like. I work
for a computer store and obviously when i format people's
computers i always download and install widows updates.
Obviously my plan was to finally download them all to a
location on my bench machine and burn them to a CD for
installation in the future. Is there a way that i can
install my downloaded windows updates without having to go
to each individual update and running the setup program
for them?

Not true. Some *do* require that they be the only thing being installed.
Most don't. Having just redone my system less than a month ago, I think I
ran into 1, maybe 2, that wanted to be "exclusive." The rest installed
without a hitch.
