Anyone can write a few registry tweaks like Kelly's Corner because the
tweaks are all ove the net & the same info in available on the Windows
2000/2003 Registry Resource kits at Microsoft

It's a rip off of my site (and others possibly) this time, PA Bear. They've
even hyperlinked images from my site. Not only stealing the content, but
also the bandwidth.
