windows that are below the task bar

I have forgotten how to recover windows that have been accidently moved
beyond my viewable monitor screen and under the task bar. Anyone have any
suggestions?
 
Right-click empty area on Taskbar to get pop-out menu | Cascade

....or Tile ...:-)
