Something is wrong with my Windows Task Manage

I dont know how to describe it other than there is nothing I can choose fro

Like the different tabs like Applications, Users..... are not ther

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".

double click with your mouse on the border of the task manager to go to the
full view.
This feature is built in to task manager when you want to see one of the
diagrams and hide the menus.
In other words its not a bug.
