Working on a Dell laptop and have a virus -- Backdoor-
CFB -- located in the file noted above. Mcafee cannot
clean the file and recommends deletion and a reboot "with
a rescue disk"?? I am worried about deleting this file
and I don't know what they are talking in relation to
the "rescue disk" -- Is that an OK action to take?

Thanks!!

Yes we did run "stinger". What is interesting is that
Mcafee Virus Scan finds the "Backdoor-CFB" virus
but "stinger" does not?? I am just wondering if I will do
any harm to anything if I just delete the file that is
contaminated which is "Windows\System32|KDB.DLL"

Thanks!!
