windows\system32 files

i have two files in my windows system 32 folder c:\windows\system32\apaamon.cpy.dll and then theres just apaamon.dll. Both of these showed up on a Add-aware scan, but i cant delete them. It says they are in use by another person or I am not authorised to open them. Help me out here!!!!!
