windows startup

Upon startup of my PC, I am asked to select wich OS I want to use. I know I previously had other OS on my PC... I do not use them now... how do I remove these ?

Multiple operating systems listing in boot menu
The list governed by Display list of operating systems option (Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced button -> Startup and Recovery).
