Windows startup entries...

Hello,

I've got a problem figuring these out. I don't have any idea how to add
entries to these locations to open them up in the Windows startup. Does
anyone know how to use these 3 locations?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System\Scripts\Startup
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System\Scripts\Logon
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System\Scripts\Logon

Thanks. I've tried to follow these specifications, but so far nothing
has worked...
