I used to use office xp.
In powerpoint xp when I used presenter mode to display things on a
projector, the view I got on my screen included the window task bar at the
bottom. This was realy handy to have access to other programs without having
to stop the presentation.
I have upgraded to Office 2003 now in presenter mode the windows task bar
does not show so i have to put the projector on standby and stop the
presentation to open other programs.
Is there a setting I dont know about or is this an ability that office 2003
does not support?

I haven't really played with Presenter View, but have you tried pressing
ALT+TAB to switch to the next active program? You can press ALT+TAB to
switch back when done. Works with all other Windows based programs.

mike,

Have you tried pressing the "windows" key on the windows keyboard to make the taskbar appear?

Thanks Guys I will try those suggestions in the morning and let you
know......I use presenter view to display lyrics to hymns in church services
sometimes with music imported.....not all music files will play so the
easiest workaround is to play the music with a normal player....I can do this
easily if I have access to the taskbar its been a real pain............

Thanks again I will let you know how I go on.......

Mike
