Windows, shutsdown &restarts on its own

Hi, can anyone please advise. Whilst I am working on
computer it just shuts down & then restarts. This has
only been happenning for last couple of days. I have
checked for viruses, used Norton and system restore.
Roxio GoBack. It does it after no specific period. I am
connected to internet. Firewall is up and running. I
am using Mcfee. There is no apparent loss of power.
