Windows Shut Down and USB Problem

I've just installed a new Logitech Elite USB keyboard and
now my computer takes in upwards to a minute to shut
down. When I unplug the keyboard, Windows will shutdown
as normal. I've searched the Knowlege Base and I found
this article:

I'm guessing I need that updated Hidserv.dll file, but I
can't find it anywhere. The version of that file on my
computer is older. Can anybody help me? I need this one or a
newer one
