can i reformat without a disk,if i can how do i get windows setup thanks

to reformat your drive and reinstall the Windows XP operating system.

my machine with xp instaled,ive been given this c:\windows\i386\winnt32 5
tried this get a set up screen saying i cant continue

Won't work....you need your Windows XP installation CD.
