gives a reccommendation on what setting to use didn't you read it?
These reccommendations are general and are not writtin in stone it all
depends on what you have installed on your system and what you use, changing
from automatic to manual is not really a big deal if the service is needed it
will be turned on,if you disable something WRITE IT DOWN on paper so you have
a record of what you did if somethinh stops working.
