Windows services back up?

Is there a way to back up the Windows XP services (once modified) into a
reg file that can be imported
to a fresh windows install ?

Export this key as a *.reg file.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
