Windows service fails to start

I accidentally deleted the windows .exe file off of my
computer and now the service won't start. Can somebody
help me?

Could you please be more specific? Which 'Service' - or do you mean you
can't access Windows?

The srvany.exe service does not start. how can i resolve this issue
