Windows Server 2008 (newbie dev/admin guides?)

hello,

our organization is moving our production servers from 2005 to 2008,
which is brand new to me.

does anyone have a good "developers guide to 2008" that they find
useful?

for instance, in IIS 7 im trying to discover how one designates the a
website/app to run on .NET 2.0 instead of 3.5. etc..
