I had to reset up Windows xp becasue I had a new
harddrive installed due to a virus that destroyed my
previous one. On my desktop is an icon that says:
Windows xp-kb 823980-x86-EN U Also identified as Windows
self extracting cabinet. Whhen I try to open it itsays
installation is all ready in progress, must complete
installation. Can anyone tell me what to do from here?
