The screen image is flipped on it's side in my monitor.
Everything still works properly, it's just the screen
image is turned 90 degrees, including all icons and
toolbar, etc. How do I change it so my screen is right
side up again?

This is a function of your video adapter driver. Right click on a blank area of the Desktop, select Properties, Settings, Advanced. Hopefully the manufacturer has added their property page to the settings here.

Your Video card driver is probably providing this for the benefit of
monitors that can swing round to Portrait mode. Control Panel - Display
- Settings, click Advanced and look for a page that might have the
control (eg 'Rotation')

Bummer! You could have just pressed the "rotate screen" hot key if you
had read the help for the video card.
