Nathan Boone \(Ken\) Corlew

When trying to install and run XP I get this message. The following file is
either missing or corrupt. Please reinstall the missing file. What is
causing this?

I got the same problem last night when trying to upgrade
my Windows ME to XP-Professional. It is a hard stop. How
do I proceed?
