Windows restarting - not msblast

Help!

My pc is now restarting randomly, it just all of a sudden starts to shutdown
(a proper shutdown as if you were either restarting or shuting down the pc
yourself) and restarts. I have run the usual virus scans, trojan scans,
adaware scans etc, all come back clean. I have also ran the various virus
fixes for msblast.exe, disabled system restore, did all this in safe mode,
and all the lates windows updates have been applied.
I am running Winxp with SP1, behind SMC broadband router and with Sygate
firewall prof on pc.

Control panel>system>advanced>startup and
recovery>settings>system failure, uncheck automatically
restart
