this is the interesting problem i have ever seen in my entire life...

the problem is that in a users computer i install windows xp sp2, all the
things work fine, i setup network, domain, accounts, every thing was running
fine, then i install office 2003, the computer runs fine but when i open any
office component, like excel, word, powerpoint, outlook .... the computer
screen for a second get blank and changes the resolution to 600*480 with 8
bit colours and when i close the opened office component then again screen
get blank for a second and all the previous resolution and the colour bit
restores ...

this problem is strange to me and all our support dept. is astonished about
this behaviour, we still kept this computer as it is and no body solves this
problem uptill now, i also try to rollback the graphics driver but no use,
the problem reamains same...

show the gutz and solve this issue i will give you as many appreciations as
you want, but the solution must be specific and truely troubleshooting not
experimental, because i dont want the client machine to be hurt. ;)

take cares

You ask an awful lot without giving any information.

Without having the machine in front of a technician so they can do their own
trouble shooting, you will not get a "specific" answer. I suggest you take
it in for repair.

And it would help to "lose" your attitude!

With that attitude you should pay a professional to come in to sort your
computer, at least he will get paid to take crap from you.

You are responding to your own post- talking to yourself. Enjoy your talk.
Maybe if he/she does this long enough, s/he'll learn how to actually compose
a sentence.
