Does anyone know how to enable or disable "Favorites" menu in Windows
Explorer in the windows registry? My second question is does anyone know how
to enable or disable right click menu in windows registry?

I would advise against changing the registry instead look into Local or Group
Policy settings.

I don't think there is a way to do this by editing the registry but If I
remember right, the way to turn off the Favorites is:

1. Right click on taskbar and click on properties.
2. Select Start Menu tab if it is not already chosen and click on
Customize button.
3. Click on the Advanced tab and unselect the 'Favorites' button.
4. Click OK and again.

Enjoy :D

That would remove favourites from the Start Menu only not actually diasable
favourites in Explorer or Internet Explorer.

I don't even think there IS a way to disable it 100%. Only hide it in
Start menu. BTW. Why don't you want the Favorites out so bad?
