Windows Reboots !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all, can anyone explain why my PC reboots for no apparent reason, I could
be in the middle of something and then it just decides to restart ????

Right click on "my computer" - Properties - Advanced - Startup
settings.

UnCheck automatically restart.
 
You need to do this to find the error message that sugest the solution:

press the windows key and the pause/break key and the system properties will
open, go to advanced tab, select under startup and recovery "settings", now
uncheck the box for automatically restart, keep the write an event logo and
send an administrative alert "checked"...go out with ok.. Now the next time
before restart a fatal error box will appear write the info and post here
again
 
Right-click on My Computer, click Properties, click the Advanced tab.
Under Startup & Recovery, click Settings. Under System Failure, uncheck
the box in front of System reboot.
Now restart the machine and carefully look at the screen,it may permit
the exact cause to be isolated.

First step is to remove all spyware and malware. Second step is to NOT
install spyware/malware in the first place.
