Frequently Windows will reboot and when this happens, it just reboots
continously. I turn it off and later it may come back up or start the
rebooting again.
I do not have hibernation enabled. Any help will be appreciated.

I've had this sort of problem in the past. One was my really old mobile phone
some how could turn off the PC and the other was the cable wasn't in the PC
properely. Make sure you check for a virus, spyware.

Turn off the fuse to whereever your computer is. *If portable take out
battries.*
Then turn on. If any poblems email me!

You have a hardware problem. Something is overheating. Start by making
sure all of your fans are working.
