windows picture & fax viewer

In the past when I opened a picture with the picture & fax viewer it became bigger and a nav bar would appear on the bottom that would allow me to rotate, print, advance to the next photo, etc. THAT NAV BAR HAS DISAPPEARED!!! HOW CAN I GET IT BACK?????

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"

You can see the navigation bar under your picture only if the window is open
full screen. Double click on the blue bar at the top of the window, it
should open the window full screen and the navigation bar should appear
under your photo.
