Windows Picture/Fax Viewer Problem

Dear Community
I have a problem with the above. Each time a TIF is opened in the viewer, it seems that a fax sent from early March attaches itself on the end? It is a two page doccument and the problem only exists for one user. Is it possible that this old 'cached' data can be cleared off?, perhaps a patch needs to be applied? is this a known fault with XP? Please assist if possible. Many Thanks.

Old faxes can indeed be cleared. Here's one method...

START|ALL PROGRAMS|ACCESSORIES|COMMUNICATIONS|FAX|FAX CONSOLE

Click SENT

Select one or more faxes, right-click and DELETE.
