Windows Picture and Fax Viewer on Windows 2000?

Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain the Windows
XP Picture and Vax Viewer for use on Windows 2000? The
Kodak viewer that comes with Windows 2000 isn't quite so
user friendly as the viewer that comes with Windows XP.
In particular, the XP version lets one scroll through all
the images in a directory. The 2000 version does not.
One has to click on each image separately.
