Windows Pic Viewer Crashes During Rotate

When trying to rotate a jpeg in windows picture and fax
viewer, windows explorer will frequently crash. Microsoft
address this issue with this article.

Does anyone have this fix? I don't know where to download

Hi Marc,

If this is indeed the cause of the crash that you're seeing (jpegs with EXIF
2.2 data), a fix is available now and you can call Microsoft Product Support
Services to request a fix. Otherwise, getting Windows XP SP2 when it is
released should solve the problem as well.
