Windows OEM license terms

Hi,
I have a Pvt. Limited Company anybdy can say me can i
use Windows XP Professional's OEM version or it would be
piracy or anytype of crime? and wht is the special terms
and conditions to use any product's OEM version

--i would like to receive answer through mail

Any person or business can use the OEM version of a Microsoft product,
provided that use is in compliance with the terms of the End User
License Agreement (EULA).
