when im surfing the internet i keep getting knock off or i get a windows message error saying do i want to report it or exit without notice, what can i do to make this stop????
2nd question
and when i go to my windows help and surpport, its wants to download instant support auto update how and how and the heck can i get rid of that??

For the first problem, you must fix what ever is cause the problem. The
message box is a result of the problem not the cause. Microsoft is asking
you to send information so that they can collect data on problem for
possible fixes.

For the second problem, try right clicking on My Computer and selecting
Properties. Select the Automatic Update tab and clear the box for automatic
updates.

In the error report that IE proffers to send to Microsoft, look at the details. Often it will tell you what module caused the problem. It could be a BHO (browser helper object) that you installed. Use BHO Demon or Spybot Search & Destroy's Tools -> IE Tweaks to see what BHOs you have installed. Could be an ActiveX control. Have you tried configuring the Internet security zone to Disable or Prompt for AX objects so you know if the pages you visit use them? Spybot can list the AX controls installed.
