Hi,
I recenty upgraded from Windows ME to XP. Now my brand
new Norton Anti Virus won't work and pops up an error
message about not being able to access the nave.exe file.
I can't unintall or reinstall. I am also haveing a few
problems with other programs. I've heard that there is a
Windows plug-in for program upgrade?
What are my options?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

The truly BEST thing u can do is wipe your hard drive
clean and do a clean install of XP. upgrade install does
work well at all. they cause more problems.

why can't u uninstall or reinstall Norton??

How to use the Norton SystemWorks cleanup utility (SymClean)

Download and run the above Symantec cleanup utility, reboot your computer,
logon with Administrator privileges, then proceed to install Norton 2002 or 2003
only.
