WINDOWS NO DISK MESSAGE

HI CAN ANYONE HELP?
I JUST STARTED RECIEVING A MESSAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
THERE IS NO DISK IN THE DRIVE.PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE D:
FOLOWING OPTION ARE AVAILABLE:CONTINUE, RETRY,EXIT
THEN THE SAME MESSAGE APPEARS BUT WITH :AOLSERVICE HOST.EXE NO DISK
