Windows Movie maker audio problems

I'm in the middle of making an music video, and I decided to change the song
so I deleted the old one and put in the new one. Now the problem is that when
I want to playback from a point other than the beginning, the audio starts
in the wrong spot. It's off by about 3 seconds. It onlyhappens if I don't
playback from the beginning. Does anyone know how I might fix this?
