windows movie maker 2

I have installed the above but each time i go to use it i get the following:Windows movie maker 2 can only be installed on the microsoft windows xp operating system,i have windows xp,i can only access windows movie maker 1,and i have opened the file i have saved the file but i get the same reply each time.thanking you in advance,tony.
 
You might get a quicker response by submitting you question to the Movie
Maker NG.
