Dear Sir,
How to block Windows messenger service. Not MSN
Messenger.
We are sending messsage through net send command
in LAN.

You can set the Messenger Service to disabled on the clients and servers. On
your internal routers you can also block UDP 137

Most people just stop the service as in MOST cases it isn't needed.
